Patient with Squamous Cell Lung Cancer Presenting as Rheumatoid Arthritis-Like Polyarthritis

Abstract

Rheumatologic diseases may be associated with malignancies. Paraneoplastic syndrome is defined as malignancy related disorders and can present with arthritis. Arthritis may be an early manifestation of occult malignancies. In this report, we presented a patient diagnosed with lung cancer who presented as rheumatoid arthritis-like symmetric polyarthritis
