Manyetik Rezonans Venografi ile Oksipital Sinüs Varyasyonlarının Değerlendirilmesi: Türk Toplumunda Morfoloji Çalışması

Öz

Amaç: Oksipital sinüs OS dural venöz yapıların en küçüklerinden birisidir. Ancak posteror fossa cerrahilerinde varlığı ve vasyasyonları oldukça önemlidir. Bu çalışmanın amacı Türk toplumunda OS görülme sıklığı ve varyasyonlarını tanımlamaktır.Gereç ve Yöntemler: Hastanemizde Ocak 2016-Kasım 2019 tarihlerinde Manyetik Rezonans MR Venografi çekimi yapılan 468 hasta değerlendirildi. Çalışmaya 379 hasta alındı. Kontrastlı kaynak kesitler ve maksimum yoğunluk projeksiyon MYP görüntüler iki radyolog tarafından değerlendirildi. Evaluation of Occipital Sinus Variations By Magnetic Resonance Venography: Morphologic Study in Turkish Society

Abstract

Objective: The occipital sinus OS is one of the smallest of the dural venous structures. However, its presence and variations are very important for the posterior fossa surgeries. The aim of this study is to describe the frequency and variations of OS in the Turkish society.Material and Methods: 468 patients who underwent Magnetic Resonance MR Venography at our hospital between January 2016 and November 2019 were evaluated. 379 patients were included in the study.
