Üst Göz Kapağında Nadir Bir Pitozis Sebebi: Eozinofilili Anjiolenfoid Hiperplazi

Öz

Amaç: Mekanik pitozise neden olan ve çok nadir görülen, patolojik tanısı Eozinofilili Anjiolenfoid Hiperplazi EALH ile uyumlu dört olgu sunularak tedavi yöntemlerini ve tecrübelerimizi paylaşmak.Gereç ve Yöntemler: 2011-2017 yılları arasında üst göz kapağında pitozis yapan kitle nedeniyle opere edilen 4 hasta çalışmaya alındı. Hastaların tümünde eksizyonel biyopsi ile kitle eksizyonu yapıldı.Bulgular: Operasyon sırasında ve sonrasında komplikasyon izlenmedi. Cerrahi sonrasında tüm hastalarda pitoziste düzelme görüldü. Patolojik tanı hepsinde EALH olarak rapor edildi.Sonuç: Üst göz kapağında mekanik pitozise neden olan olgularda EALH ayırıcı tanıda akılda bulundurulmalıdır

A Rare Cause of Ptosis in the Upper Eyelid: Angiolymphoid Hyperplasia with Eosinophilia

Abstract

Objective: To present our treatment methods and experiences by presenting four rare cases of mechanical ptosis with pathological diagnosis consistent with angiolymphoid hyperplasia with Eosinophilia EALH . Material and Methods: Between 2011 and 2017, 4 patients who were operated on due to an upper eyelid mass causing ptosis were included in the study. The mass excision was performed by excisional biopsy in all patients. Results: No complication was observed during and after the operation. After the surgery the ptosis recovered in all patients ...Pathological diagnosis was reported as EALH in all.Conclusion: EALH should be kept in mind in the differential diagnosis of patients with mechanical ptosis of the upper eyelid
