Abstract

Percutaneous nephrolithotomy PNL is an efficient and reliable treatment method preferred for large and complex stones that are situated in the inferior calyx and unresponsive to extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy ESWL . Colon perforation is one of dangerous and rare complications of PNL that may lead to peritonitis and sepsis. Perkütan Nefrolitotomi Sırasında Oluşan Kolon Perforasyonu Komplikasyonunun Yönetimi: Olgu Sunumu

Öz

Perkütan nefrolitotomi PNL , büyük, kompleks, alt kaliks yerleşimli ve ekstrakorporeal şok dalga tedavisine yanıtsız taşlarda tercih edilen etkili ve güvenilir bir tedavi yöntemidir. Kolon perforasyonu, PNL’ nin peritonit ve sepsise yol açabilecek tehlikeli ve nadir komplikasyonlarından biridir. Biz bu olguda, PNL sırasında oluşan kolon perforasyonunu ve yönetimini sunmayı amaçladık
