Ofis Tipi Beyazlatma Uygulamasının Renklendirilmiş Farklı Tip Kompozit Rezinlerin Renk Değişimi Üzerine Olan Etkisi

Öz

Amaç: Çalışmada ofis tipi beyazlatmanın renklendirilmiş nano-hibrit ve dişeti rengindeki kompozit örneklerinin renk değişimi üzerine etkileri incelenmiştir. Gereç ve Yöntemler: Bu çalışmada bir adet nanohibrit kompozit rezin Filtek Z550, 3M ESPE ve bir adet dişeti rengi kompozit Amaris Gingiva, Voco kullanıldı. Her bir rezin materyal için 20 adet 5 mm çapında 2 mm kalınlığında disk şeklinde numune hazırlanıp, rastgele seçim yapılarak iki grup oluşturuldu n= 10 . Numuneler distile su ve kahve solüsyonları içeren kaplarda 30 gün boyunca bekletildi. Bu sürenin sonunda numuneler bekleme kaplarından çıkarılarak distile su ile yıkandıktan sonra Hidrojen Peroksit içeren ofis tipi beyazlatma ajanı Opalescence Boost %40 PF, Ultradent Products. ile beyazlatma işlemine maruz bırakıldı. Birinci renk ölçümü renklendirme işleminden sonra, ikincisi ise beyazlatma işlemi sonrası bir spektrofotometre cihazı kullanılarak yapıldı. Elde edilen renk ölçümleri için CIE L*a*b* sistemi kullanıldı ve tüm disklerdeki renk değişimleri ΔE* hesaplandı. Renk ölçümü her numune için 5’er kez tekrarlandı ve ortalaması alındı. Effects of In-Office Bleaching on Color Change of Various Types of Colored Composite Resin

Öz

Objective: To evaluate the effects of in-office bleaching on the color changes of colored nano-hybrid and gingiva-shade composite samples Material and Methods: In this study, one nano-hybrid composite resin Filtek Z550, 3M ESPE and one gingiva-shade composite resin Amaris Gingiva, Voco were used. Twenty-eight disk-shaped specimens were fabricated for each resin material and randomly divided into two groups n = 20 . The specimens were immersed in coffee or deionized water, respectively, for 30 days. Each group was then equally divided into two sub-groups n = 10 , which were subjected to in-office hydrogen peroxide bleaching agent Opalescence Boost PF 40%, Ultradent Products . The color of the specimens was measured by a spectrophotometer after staining and after bleaching. The CIE L*a*b* system was used for color measurement and the color variations ΔE* on all discs were calculated. Color measurements were repeated 5 times and the color differences were calculated.
