İzmir İlinde 7-12 Yaş Grubu Çocuklarda 1. Büyük Azı Dişlerinin Durum Değerlendirmesi: Radyografik Çalışma

Öz

Amaç: Bu çalışmanın amacı İzmir ilinde bulunan 7-12 yaş grubu çocuklarda birinci büyük azı BBA dişlerinin durumunu değerlendirmektir. Gereç ve Yöntemler: İzmir Eğitim Diş Hastanesiʼne 02.01.2019-30.09.2019 tarihleri arasında gelen 7-12 yaş aralığındaki 743 hastanın panoramik radyografileri ve hasta kayıt sistemi incelenmiştir. Hastaların BBA dişlerindeki çürük, dolgulu kanal tedavisi dahil , ve çürük nedeniyle çekilmiş diş sayıları saptanmıştır. Bulgular: Çalışmaya 7-12 yaş aralığında katılan 743 hastanın 372’si kız, 371’i erkektir. BBA dişlerinde bir ve daha fazla sayıda çürük, dolgulu ve çekilmiş diş görülen hasta sayısı 328 %44,1 olarak bulunmuştur. Hastalarda bulunan toplam 2972 adet BBA dişinin 719 %24,2 tanesinde çürük, dolgu veya çekim tespit edilmiştir. Alt çene BBA dişlerinde üst çene dişlerine göre daha fazla çürük ve tedavi bulunmaktadır p

Evaluation of the First Permanent Molar Teeth in Children Aged 7-12 Years in Izmir: A Radiographic Study

Öz

Objective: The aim of this study is to evaluate the status of first permanent molar FPM teeth in children aged 7-12 years in Izmir.Material and Methods: Panoramic radiographs and patient record systems of 743 patients age ranged 7-12 years who applied to Izmir Training Dental Hospital between the dates of 02.01.201930.09.2019 were examined. The number of caries, fillings including root treatment , and extracted teeth due to caries were determined in patients' FPM teeth.Results: Of the 743 patients age ranged 7-12 years who participated in the study, 372 were female and 371 were male. The number of patients with one or more caries, filled and extracted teeth in the FPM teeth was found as 328 44,1% . Caries, fillings, or extraction were detected in 719 24,2% of 2972 FPM teeth in the patients. There were more caries and treatment in the lower jaw FPM teeth than the upper jaw teeth p
