Abstract
In this research, it was aimed to determine the microbiological and chemical properties of raw cow milk in smallholder dairy farms. 49 milk samples were used in the study. Chemical properties of samples analyzed was determined to be good and these properties are met the requirements in Turkish Food Codex. However, Microbiological quality of raw milk samples collected from bulk tank milk was not adequate and significant part is not met the requirements in Turkish Food Codex.
