Siyah Neon Tetra (Hyphessobrycon herbertaxelrodi) Larvalarının Allometrik Gelişimi

Öz

Bu çalışmada, Hyphessobrycon herbertaxelrodi (Black neon tetra) larvalarının yumurtadan
çıkıştan 30.güne kadarki larval gelişim döneminde allometrik büyüme parametreleri
tanımlanmıştır. Allometrik büyümenin belirlenmesi için 10 morfometrik vücut karakteri
(total boy, kafa uzunluğu, gövde uzunluğu, kuyruk uzunluğu, vücut derinliği, pre-anal
miyomer uzunluğu, post-anal miyomer uzunluğu, pre-anal uzunluğu, göz çapı ve burun
uzunluğu) modellenmiştir. Bu modellere gore larval gelişim boyunca (0-30 gün) kafa
uzunluğu, vücut derinliği, göz çapı, burun uzunluğu ve kuyruk bölgelerinde büyüme
katsayıları pozitif allometrik iken PAU, PrAM, PoAM ve gövde bölgelerinde negatif allometrik
büyüme tespit edilmiştir.
