Levamizolün Bazı Balık Türlerinde Hastalıklara Karşı Direnç ve Bağışıklık Sistemi Üzerine Etkileri/Effect of Levamisole on the Immune Response and Disease Resistance of Some Fish Species

Öz

Özet: Ülkemizde ve dünyada balık üretimi yüksek ölüm oranlarından oldukça olumsuzyönde etkilenmektedir. Ayrıca akuvakültür sistemindeki ekonomik kayıpların ve ölümlerinçoğununun enfeksiyöz hastalıklardan olduğu düşünülmektedir. Diyetlere ilave edilerekkullanılan bağışıklığı destekleyici maddeler, balıkların taşınması, transferi, aşılanması gibiyüksek stres oluşturan durumlarda doğuştan gelen savunma sistemlerini geliştirmek içinkullanılır. Bu derlemede, balık diyetlerine katılan levamizolün bazı balık türlerinde hastalıklarakarşı direnç ve bağışıklık sistemi üzerinde yaptığı etkilerin araştırılması hedeflenmiştir.Anahtar Kelimeler: Levamizol, hastalıklara direnç, bağışıklığa etki, balık.
Abstract: The production of fish is often hampered by high mortality rates in our countryand in world, and it is believed that most of this economic loss due to infectious diseases isin aquaculture sector. The use of immunostimulants, as dietary supplements, can improvethe innate defence of animals providingresistance to pathogens during periods of highstress, such as grading, reproduction, sea transfer and vaccination. In this review, it wasaimed to present the effect of levamisole added to fish diets on the immune response anddisease resistance of some fish species.Key Words: Levamisole, disease resistance, immune response, fish.
