Herbal Teas in Phytotherapy

Abstract

increasing usage of herbal products/drugs has become a risk for their unconscious use. The fact that doctors, who have information about both the herbal products used and the way they are used, can prevent unconscious usage. In this review, the preparation techniques of commonly used herbal teas are discussed.

Fitoterapide Bitkisel Çaylar

Öz

Giderek artan oranda kullanılan bitkisel ürünler, bilinçsiz kullanımı da beraberinde getirmektedir. Hekimlerin hem kullanılan bitkisel ürünler hem de kullanım şekilleri hakkında bilgi sahibi olması bilinçsiz kullanımı engelleyebilir. Bu derlemede, yaygın olarak kullanılan bitkisel çayların hazırlama teknikleri ele alınmaktadır.
