Öz

Sağlık hizmetlerinde farklı alanlarda uzmanlığa sahip birçok kişi bir arada çalışmaktadır. Sağlık hizmetlerinin en önemli üyelerinden olan hemşireler hastalara kaliteli, güvenli ve 7/24 kesintisiz bakım sağlamaktadır. Son yirmi yılda hasta bakımı giderek daha karmaşık hale gelmiştir. Bir hastanın durumunun karmaşık olması da daha yoğun hemşirelik bakımını gerektirmektedir. Hastalara yoğun bir şekilde bakım verilmesi için mesleki işbirliğine ihtiyaç duyulmaktadır. Nüfusun yaşlanması, kronik hastalıkların artması, bakım uygulamalarında çeşitlilik, hemşirelik bakım alanları içinde uzmanlaşma, kalite standartları gibi güncel gelişmeler de mesleki işbirliği gereksinimini artmaktadır. Mesleki işbirliğinin sağlanmasında bireysel ve kurumsal pek çok faktör etkili olmaktadır. Bu faktörlerin incelenmesi ve önerilen uygulamaların iş yaşamına aktarılması hemşireler arası mesleki işbirliğini artırmada yararlı olacaktır. Hemşireler arası mesleki işbirliği arttırılması ile de hastalara sunulan bakımın kalitesinin artacağı ve güvenli hasta bakımının sağlanacağı düşünülmektedir. Bu nedenle bu derleme hemşireler arası mesleki işbirliğini artırmaya yönelik hazırlanan Ontario hemşireler derneği tarafından 2016 yılında güncellenen kanıta dayalı uygulamaları incelemek amacıyla yapılmıştır.

Professional Collaboration Between Nurses: Evidence Based Practices

Öz

Many people with expertise in different areas of health care work together. Nurses, one of the most important members of health services, provide quality, safe and 24/7 uninterrupted care to patients. In the last two decades, patient care has become increasingly complex. The complexity of a patient's condition also requires more intensive nursing care. Professional cooperation is needed to provide intensive care to patients. Current developments such as the aging of the population, the increase in chronic diseases, diversity in care practices, specialization in nursing care fields, and quality standards increase the need for professional cooperation. Many individual and institutional factors are effective in ensuring professional cooperation. Examining these factors and transferring the suggested practices to business life will be useful in increasing the professional cooperation between nurses. It is thought that the quality of care provided to patients will increase and safe patient care will be provided by increasing the professional cooperation between nurses. For this reason, this review was made to examine the evidence-based practices updated in 2016 by the Ontario nurses association, which was prepared to increase professional cooperation among nurses.
