PEYZAJ DÜZENLEME ÇALIŞMALARINDA ÇİT BİTKİSİ OLARAK KULLANILAN EKONOMİK ÖNEME SAHİP Euonymus japonica Thunb. cv. aureapictus ve Ligustrum vulgare L.’nin FARKLI ÜRETİM ZAMANLARININ ÇELİKLERİN KÖKLENME ORANLARINA ETKİLERİNİN SAPTANMASI ÜZERİNE BİR ARAŞTIRMA

Öz

Araştırmada Ege ve Akdeniz bölgelerinde çit bitkisi olarak kullanılan ve önem taşıyan E. japonica Thunb. cv. aureapictus ve L. vulgare L.’nin köksüz çeliklerinin yüzdeleri araştırılarak en uygun köklenme zamanları belirlenmiş ve köklenmeyi teşvik edici kimyasal madde olarak %1 ve 2 lik Rhizopon AA kullanılmıştır. Euonymus japonica Thunb. cv. aureapictus’un ortalama köklenme yüzdelerinin 1. yıl %43.3-%100 oranında 2. yıl %46.6-%100 oranında değişmiştir. Fakat en uygun köklenme zamanlarının genellikle tüm yaprağını dökmeyen bitkilerde olduğu gibi yaz aylarına tesadüf etmesi bugüne kadar yapılan denemelerin paralelinde elde edilen bir sonuçtur. Ligustrum vulgare L.’nin 1. yılki köklenme yüzdeleri %56.3-%100 arasında, 2. yıl %53.3-%100 arasında değişme göstermiştir. Yine burada da bir önceki çit bitkisi gibi yüksek köklenme yüzdeleri, daha ziyade doğal ışık intensitesinin yüksek olduğu aylara tesadüf etmiştir
