BATI ANADOLU BÖLGESİ'NDE DEFNEDE (Laurus nobilis L. ) FUNGAL HASTALIK ETMENLERİNİN SAPTANMASI

Öz

Defnede patojenik fungal türler ve bunların inokulum kaynakları Türkiye’nin Batı Anadolu Bölgesinde 4 farklı yerde yürütülen çalışmalarla ilk kez araştırılmıştır. İzolasyon çalışmaları dallardan, yıllık sürgünlerden ve yapraklardan yapılmıştır. Çalışmada bazı türler farklı izolasyon sıklıklarında 4 farklı lokasyondan da elde edilmiştir. Bu grubun en ön plana çıkan üyeleri Phomopsis sp. B, Botryosphaeria sarmentorum, Phomopsis sp. C ve Phoma sp.’dır. Daha az oranda saptanan diğer türler ise Seimatosporium lichenicola, Colletotrichum gloeosporioides, Hendersonula sp., Phomopsis sp. A, Paraconiothyrium sp. ve Colletotrichum dematium’dur. Çalışmada baskın türlerin izolasyon sıklığında olduğu gibi, baskın olmayan türlerin izolasyon sıklığında da örnekleme yapılan lokasyona olan bağımlılık önemli bulunmuştur
