This study aimed to examine the mediating role of occupational attitude in the relationship between aviation management students' attitudes towards war and their work motivation. A quantitative research method was employed, and data were collected through a survey with aviation management students. The study focused on understanding how war and crisis environments influence individuals’ motivation and occupational attitudes. Findings showed that positive attitudes towards war have a significant effect on work motivation. Additionally, occupational attitude was found to partially mediate this relationship, indicating its indirect role. The results also highlighted that work motivation is influenced not only by individual perceptions but also external factors such as organizational support, leadership styles, and working conditions. Findings emphasize the importance of developing motivational strategies and resilience-enhancing training programs. Such programs are essential for supporting employees, particularly in high-stress sectors like aviation, to maintain motivation and fulfill their professional responsibilities effectively during of crisis.
