Safra
taşı ileusu nadir görülen bir hastalıktır. Mekanik obstruksiyonlu hastaların
yaklaşık %1-4’ünü oluşturur. Kolelitiazisin nadir görülen bir komplikasyonu
olarak kabul edilir. Teşhiste gecikmeden dolayı mortalite ve morbiditesi
yüksektir. 56 yaşında erkek hasta acil servise karın ağrısı, bulantı-kusma,
şişkinlik yakınmasıyla başvurdu. Hastada pre-op safra taşı ileusu, kolesistorektal
fistül ve bağırsak perforasyonu olduğu saptandı. Safra taşı ileusu ve bağırsak
perforasyonu vakasını sunduk.

“İleus” and Intestinal Perforation due to Biliary Stone

Öz

Gallstone ileus is a rare disease, which is responsible for about %1-4 of all cases of mechanical obstruction. Gallstone ileus is rare complication of cholelithiasis. The morbidity and mortality rate remain very high, mainly because of delayed diagnosis. 56 years old male patient presented to ER with complaints of stomachache, nausea-vomiting and swelling. Pre-op gallstone ileus, cholecystorectal fistula and colon perforation have been identified in the patient. We report a case of gallstone ileus and colon perforation.
