Bu
araştırmanın amacı öğretmen adaylarının ideal ve demokratik eğitim ortamına
ilişkin görüşlerinin belirlenmesidir. Çalışma nitel araştırma deseni
çerçevesinde, durum çalışması yöntemi ile sürdürülmüştür. Araştırmanın çalışma
grubu, 2016-2017 öğretim yılında Gaziosmanpaşa Üniversitesindeki 20 öğretmen
adayından oluşmaktadır. Araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak açık uçlu anket
tekniği kullanılmıştır. Elde edilen veriler betimsel analiz yöntemiyle çözümlenmiştir.
Çalışmada, ideal eğitim ortamının oluşturulmasında sınıfın fiziki koşullarının
ve psikolojik dinamiklerin dikkate alınması gerektiği ve olumlu bir sınıf
iklimi oluşturmanın ideal ve demokratik bir eğitim ortamı için önemli bir unsur
olduğu sonuçlarına ulaşılmıştır.

Examination of Teacher Candidates’ Opinions On Ideal Education Environment

Öz
The aim of this study is to determine the teacher candidates’ opinions
regarding the ideal and democratic education environment. The study was carried
out by the case study method in framework of qualitative research design. Study
group of the research consists of 20 teacher candidates from Gaziosmanpaşa
University in 2016-2017 academic year. In the research open-ended questionnaire
technique was used as a data collection tool. The obtained data were analysed
by descriptive analysis method. It has been found in the study that the
physical conditions and psychological dynamics of the class must be taken into
account while forming an ideal educational environment, and creating a positive
classroom climate is an important element for an ideal and democratic educational
environment.
