In this study, explanations that is related to prohibition of competition in labour contract is going to be discussed. An employee, who is party of labour law, can penetrate to employer's customers, the potential of knowhow and labour secrets in this employment relationship. It is defined as “competition ban contract" that the procedure which guarantees not to compete to the employer in a specific business area, in a specific geografic region and in a particular time period after the labour contract ended. Prohibition of competition comes to existence as a requirement of employee’s loyalty in labour contract. In relation to this, information about reorganizations in Turkish Law is going to be mentioned. It is necessary that competition ban contract should be done as it will not infringe both the employer's right and employee's working and contract freedom.
