Bu araşt ı rma, Ile de France IF x Akkaraman AK G1 erkek kuzularda gerçekle ştirilmiştir. Araşt ı rmada, kesimden önce ve sonra saptanan testis özellikleri ile besi ve karkas özellikleri aras ı ndaki fenotipik korelasyonlar belirlenmiştir.
