Elastomerik Ölçü Materyalleri Dezenfeksiyonu ve Raf Ömrü

Öz

Ölçü materyalleri kontaminasyon ile bulaşıcı hastalıkların olası aktarımını önlemek için dezenfekte edilmelidir Ölçü materyallerinin dezenfeksiyonunda, kimyasal spray, solüsyonda bekletme , UV ve mikrodalga dezenfeksiyon yöntemleri kullanılmaktadır. Dezenfeksiyon, ölçü materyalinin netliğini bozmamalı, deformasyona neden olmamalı ve boyutsal stabiliteyi bozmamalıdır. Elastomerik ölçü materyalleri, kuru ve serin bir ortamda orijinal kabı içinde saklandığı zaman, son kullanma tarihine kadar güvenle korunur. Malzeme ile birlikte açığa çıkan berrak bir sıvı gözlemlenmesi, ölçü materyalinden plastikleştiricinin ayrıldığının belirtisidir. Bu da materyalin ya saklanma sırasında aşırı sıcaklığa maruz kaldığını ya da üretim hatasının söz konusu olduğunu gösterir. Bu derlemenin amacı ölçü materyalleri için uygun dezenfeksiyon yöntemi seçiminde rehber olmak ve bu materyallerin raf ömrüyle ilgili ipuçları vermektir. Güncel literatür taraması sonucunda: - Kondanse silikonların boyutsal değişikliğinin; sodyum hipoklorit ve gluteraldehit solüsyonlarında kabul edilebilir sınırlar içinde olduğu, - Kondanse silikon ve PVS materyalin otoklav ile sterilizasyonun en etkili yöntemlerden biri olduğu, - PVS lerin dezenfeksiyonunda UV’nin güvenle kullanabiliceği, - Hidrojen peroksit ile kombine olan mikrodalga yönteminin polivinilsiloksanlar üzerinde etkili bir dezenfeksiyon yöntemi olduğu, - Vinil siloksaneterin gluteraldehit solüsyonuna daldırma yöntemi ile PE ve PVS ile benzer boyutsal doğruluk gösterdiği sonuçlarına varılmıştır

Disinfection of Elastomeric Impression Materials and Their Shelf Life

Öz

Elastomeric impression materials must be disinfected to stop contamination of infectious diseases. Methods used for disinfection of the impression materials are chemical spraying and waiting in the solution , UV and microwave . Method of the disinfection must not cause deformation of the impression and sharpness of surface and dimensional stability. There is no material degeneration if elastomeric impression materials are storaged in the dry and cool atmosphere with tube and container. If there was a transparent liquid with material, it means that plasticizer agent is separated and manufacturing defect and over temperature. According to the results of the current literature; we reached the following conclusions: - Dimensional stability of condensed silicones are in acceptable limits with sodium hypochloride and glutaraldehite - Sterilisation of the condensed silicone and PVS material with autoclave is most effective method - Using UV for the disinfection of PVS is safe - Hydrogene peroxide combined with microwave is an effective disinfection method for the PVS - Dipping of vinyl silocsane ether to the glutharaldehite solution is similar dimensional stability with PE and PVS
