The use of the colchicine and diclofenac sodium in arthroscopic wash out fluid in early degenerative arthritis of the knee joint

Öz

In early Degenerative arthritis of the knee joint, we used Arthroscopic wash out technique with Diclofenac Sodium (3,75 mg/kg in 1000 cc of saline) or Colchicine (5 mg/kg in 1000 cc of Saline). A decrease in the levels of these mediators with D.S. and Colchicine was signifiead. we believe that we can use Diclofenac Sodium, or Colchcine with Arthroscopic wash out technique.

Öz

Diz eklemi erken dejeneratif artritinde, Artroskopik yıkama sıvısına katılan, Diklofenak Sodyumun (1000 cc Ringer laktata 3.75 mg/kg) veya Kolşisin (1000 cc Ringer laktata 5 mg/kg) ile kıkırdak PGE2 ve LTB4 seviyelerinde anlamlı bir azalma kaydedilmektedir. Histopatolojik olarak, rejenerasyonun artışı nedeniyle her iki mediatörün Artroskopik yıkama sıvısında kullanılabileceği kanısına varılmıştır.
