Öz

Bilateral femoral neck stress fracture is rarely seen. Two radiologic types of femoral neck stress fracture, the transverse and the compression, have been described. This differentiation bears importance in the choice of treatment. In this report, we presented a case of bilateral femoral neck stress fracture with a short review of contemporary literature.

Öz

Bilateral femur boynu stres kırığı çok nadirdir. Femur boynu stres kırıkları, radyolojik olarak transvers ve kompresyon tipi olarak ikiye ayrılır. Bu sınıflama tedavi seçimi açısından önemlidir. Bilateral kompresyon tipi stres kırığı olan bir olgu Iiteratür verileri ile birlikte sunulmuştur.
