Filistin'i diğer ülkelerden ayıran iki gerçek var: Modern çağın en uzun süreli işgali altında olması (1948'den günümüze kadar İsrail işgali altında olması), ve (1993) Oslo Anlaşmaları uyarınca Filistin topraklarının bir kısmı (Batı Şeria) üzerinde Filistin Otoritesi'nin (PA) yönetiminin varlığına ek olarak. Michel Foucault'nun teorisi iktidar türlerinden bahseder ve bunları üç kısma ayırır: çoğulculuğun gücü, seçkinlerin gücü, ve Marksizmin gücü. Bu araştırma, Filistin Yönetimi'nin çoğulculuk ve elit güçlerin gücüne odaklanıyor. Çalışmada, Filistin Yönetimi'nin iki döneminde iktidarın başkanın şahsında yoğunlaştığı, bireysellik, kişilik ve merkeziyetçilik esasına dayandığı ortaya çıktı. 2018'den bu yana Yasama Konseyi feshedildi, 2019'dan bu yana yargı sistemi feshedildi ve cumhurbaşkanlığı seçimleri sürekli olarak ertelendi.

Öz

Two facts distinguish Palestine from other countries: it has been under the longest occupation in the modern era, (it has been under the Israeli occupation since 1948), in addition to the existence of the rule of the Palestinian Authority (PA) over part of the Palestinian territories in accordance with the (1993) Oslo Accords. Michel Foucault’s theory talks about the types of power and divides them into three parts: the power of pluralism, the power of elite, and the power of Marxism. This research is focusing on the PA power of pluralism and elite powers. The study came out that the rule of power during the PA’s two periods is concentrated in the person of the president, it has been based on individualism, personality, and centralization. Since 2018, the Legislative Council has been dissolved, and since 2019, the judicial system has been dissolved and the presidential elections have been continuously postponed.
