ÇİN'İN KUŞAK VE YOL GİRİŞİMİ ÇERÇEVESİNDE KÜRESEL FİNANSAL PİYASALARA ETKİSİ

Öz

Çin tarafından başlatılan büyük ölçekli bir küresel strateji olan Kuşak ve Yol Girişimi (KYG), Asya, Avrupa, Afrika ve diğer bölgelerde ekonomik iş birliğini ve bölgesel bağlantıları güçlendirmeyi hedeflemektedir. Bu makale, KYG’nin küresel finans piyasaları ve kalkınma dinamikleri üzerindeki çok boyutlu etkilerini ele almakta; özellikle katılımcı ülkelerin lojistik sektörleri üzerindeki yansımalarına odaklanmaktadır. Ayrıca, KYG'nin jeopolitik etkisinin artmasıyla birlikte Çin’in ekonomik yöneliminin hem ulusal düzeyde hem de küresel ölçekte nasıl şekillendiği de incelenmektedir.
Bu çalışma, Kuşak ve Yol Girişimi’nin (KYG) katılımcı ülkelere odaklanarak küresel finans piyasaları ve kalkınma üzerindeki etkilerini incelemekte; ayrıca KYG’nin, Çin’in artan jeopolitik etkisiyle birlikte, ülkenin ekonomik yönelimini hem yurt içinde hem de uluslararası düzeyde nasıl şekillendirdiğini analiz etmektedir. Makalenin temel araştırma soruları şunlardır: KYG, küresel sermaye akışlarını ve doğrudan yabancı yatırımları hangi şekillerde dönüştürmektedir? Katılımcı ülkelerde finansal istikrar ve ekonomik kalkınma açısından KYG'nin sunduğu başlıca fırsatlar ve karşı karşıya bıraktığı zorluklar nelerdir?
Bu çalışma, nitel bir araştırma tasarımı çerçevesinde; belge analizi, vaka çalışması yöntemi ve politika belgeleriyle birlikte küresel finansal veri setlerinin ve akademik yayınların tematik değerlendirmesini içeren kapsamlı bir yöntem kullanmaktadır. Ayrıca çalışma, yönetişim standartları, şeffaflık uygulamaları ve Çin’in büyüyen küresel ekonomik varlığı etrafında şekillenen jeopolitik dinamikleri de ele almaktadır.
