Öz

In today’s increasingly uncertain and dynamic business environment, organizations face a wide range of crises, from economic fluctuations and natural disasters to technological transformations and global pandemics. These crises not only threaten organizational sustainability but also compel businesses to reconsider their management approaches. During times of crisis, it becomes essential not only to respond to immediate challenges but also to prepare for potential uncertainties in the future. At this point, leadership and organizational resilience strategies emerge as two of the most critical factors determining an organization’s capacity to manage crises. Leadership plays a fundamental role in shaping organizational direction during turbulent times, as well as in motivating and aligning employees. Organizational resilience strategies, on the other hand, encompass risk management policies, emergency response plans, and continuous improvement processes, enabling organizations to remain prepared for crises and to respond swiftly, flexibly, and effectively to unexpected events.
Organizational resilience is not limited to the ability to cope with current crises; it also involves proactive preparation for future uncertainties. In this regard, considering leadership and resilience strategies together is of great significance for building a crisis-resilient business management system. This review study aims to examine the impact of leadership and organizational resilience strategies on crisis-resilient business management. Furthermore, by drawing on existing literature, it seeks to provide a different perspective on the relationship between leadership and resilience within the context of crisis management and to offer a more holistic understanding of the subject.

Öz

Özet
Günümüzün giderek belirsizleşen ve dinamikleşen iş dünyasında işletmeler, ekonomik dalgalanmalardan doğal afetlere, teknolojik dönüşümlerden küresel salgınlara kadar birçok krizle karşı karşıya kalmaktadır. Bu krizler, işletmelerin sürdürülebilirliğini tehdit ederken, aynı zamanda yönetim anlayışlarını da yeniden gözden geçirmelerini zorunlu kılmaktadır. Kriz anlarında yalnızca mevcut sorunlara müdahale etmek değil, aynı zamanda gelecekte ortaya çıkabilecek belirsizliklere karşı da hazırlıklı olmak işletmeler için kritik bir gereklilik haline gelmiştir. Bu noktada liderlik ve kurumsal dayanıklılık stratejileri, işletmelerin krizleri yönetme kapasitesini belirleyen en önemli faktörler arasında yer almaktadır. Liderlik, kriz dönemlerinde örgütsel yönelimi şekillendiren, çalışanların motivasyonunu ve uyumunu sağlayan temel bir unsur olarak öne çıkmaktadır. Kurumsal dayanıklılık stratejileri ise işletmelerin risk yönetimi politikalarını, acil durum planlarını ve sürekli iyileştirme süreçlerini kapsayarak krizlere karşı hazırlıklı olmalarını ve beklenmedik gelişmelere hızlı, esnek ve etkili bir biçimde yanıt verebilmelerini sağlamaktadır.
Kurumsal dayanıklılık, yalnızca mevcut krizlerle başa çıkma kapasitesiyle sınırlı kalmayıp, gelecekteki belirsizliklere yönelik proaktif bir hazırlığı da içermektedir. Bu bağlamda, krize dayanıklı bir işletme yönetiminin inşasında liderlik ve kurumsal dayanıklılık stratejilerinin birlikte ele alınması büyük önem taşımaktadır. Bu derleme çalışması, liderlik ve kurumsal dayanıklılık stratejilerinin krize dayanıklı işletme yönetimi üzerindeki etkisini irdelemeyi amaçlamaktadır. Ayrıca, literatürde yer alan mevcut çalışmalar ışığında konuyu farklı bir perspektiften ele alarak, kurumsal dayanıklılık ve liderlik ilişkisinin kriz yönetimi bağlamında nasıl şekillendiğine dair bütüncül bir bakış açısı sunmayı hedeflemektedir.
