GENÇ KADINLARDA BEDEN ALGISI VE KİŞİLERARASI DUYGU DÜZENLEME: TRANSDİYAGNOSTİK BİR YAKLAŞIM

Öz

Genç kadınlarda beden algısı bozukluğu ile kişilerarası duygu düzenleme güçlüklerinin kesişimi, psikopatolojinin transdiyagnostik doğasını anlamada önemli bir pencere sunmaktadır. Bu derleme, yeme bozuklukları, kas dismorfisi, ortoreksiya, aşırı egzersiz ve sosyal medya bağımlılığı gibi birbirine bağlı olgular bağlamında, beden algısı sorunlarının kişilerarası duygu düzenleme yetersizlikleriyle nasıl ilişkilendiğini ele almaktadır. DSM-5 tanıları çerçevesinde anoreksiya, bulimiya, beden dismorfik bozukluğu ve davranışsal bağımlılıklar değerlendirilmektedir. Ayrıca bağlanma stilleri, mükemmeliyetçilik, kültürel normlar ve toplumsal cinsiyet rolleri bu ilişkinin psikososyal bağlamını şekillendiren unsurlar olarak incelenmiştir. Sosyal medyanın beden imajı üzerindeki etkileri, hem sosyal karşılaştırmalar hem de güvence arama davranışları açısından analiz edilmiş; medya okuryazarlığı ve dijital detoks gibi önleyici stratejilere dikkat çekilmiştir. Klinik olarak, bilişsel-davranışçı terapi, kişilerarası psikoterapi ve transdiyagnostik müdahalelerin önemi vurgulanmıştır. Bu çerçevede, genç kadınların hem kendilik algısını hem de sosyal ilişkilerini güçlendirmeyi hedefleyen bütüncül yaklaşımların, kalıcı iyileşmeler açısından daha etkili olduğu sonucuna varılmıştır.
