In this study, it is aimed to determine the problems of school administrators regarding school-family relations and their solutions to these problems by using qualitative research method. For this purpose, “What are the problems and solutions of school administrators regarding school-family relations?” The answer to the question has been sought. It has been tried to determine the problems of school administrators working in the province of Antalya regarding school-family relations and their solutions to these problems. In the study, which was conducted using the qualitative research method, interviews were conducted with school principals, four of whom were women. A semi-structured interview form was used in the study. When the findings are examined, in the context of school-family cooperation, school principals support in-school activities outside of school, support meeting school needs, being "willing" and "active" in contributing to teaching, exchanging information with teachers and administration, getting advice from teachers about deficiencies, meeting and organizing meetings. It was concluded that they expected the behavior of participating in activities, giving full support to their students, getting opinions, not entering into conflict, not insulting the teacher, trusting the teacher and respecting the administrators. In addition, the problems experienced with families in schools; It is concluded that parents do not participate in the activities, communication difficulties with the teacher, negative behavior of the students, parental violence against the student, parental violence against the teacher, the school asking for help, not doing what the parents want, trying to control the administration and insecurity. When we look at another result, the solution strategies for the problems they experience with families in schools are to create an in-house operation map, to provide guidance for the family, to take precautions, to be calm in the face of problems, to be calm, to send questionnaires that allow them to express their demands and complaints, correct communication, quick decision. it has been seen to be honest, sincere, and fair. As a result of the research, it has been suggested to take the opinions of teachers about whether the principals can use solution strategies and to conduct case studies on whether the solutions suggested by the school principals work or not. In addition, it is among the suggestions of the research that communication trainings for school administrators can be provided in schools and that parents can be more involved in the process by school administrators.
