Öz

Bu ç<ılışmanın amacı, bir 3. Lig futbol takımlOln hazırlık sezonu öncesi-sonrasında fiziksel ve
fizyolojik parametrelerinin tespit edilmesi ve bu periyot antrennıanlarının seçilen parametrelere
etkisini incelemektil'. Araştırma grubunu futboloynama süreleri 7.72±1.96 yıl, yaşları 19.5l±1.04 yıl
ve boy uzunluğu l77.05±5.91 cm olan 18 profesyonel futbolcu o]uşmnnuştu[
Yapllan çalışma sonucunda hazırlık sezonu antrenmanlanl1ln sistolık ve diastolik kan basıncı, VC ve
MVV üzerinde anlamlı bir etkisı olmadığı bulunmuştur (P>0.05). Diğer taraftan vücut ağırlığı,
istirahat kalp atım sayısı. pençe kuvveti, VY %, anaerobik giiç, Max.VO]: 50 yard sürat, FVC ve
FEV I parametrelerinde anlamlı düzeyde bir artış tespit edi lmiştir (P<O.05).

SUıVıMARY
The purpose of this study; deterınined physical and physiology parameters of 3. League soccer team
on the before & arter of the pre-season and examined impact of this period ıraining on the choosing
parameters. 18 professional soccer players whose their mean spon participation period was 7. 72±1.96
year, their mean age was 19.51±I.04 year, their mean length was ı n.05±S.9l cın included this
investigation group.
The end of this studies; was found which the pre-season traioing weren 't significantly differences on
the Ve. MVV, systolic and diastülic blood pressure. The other ways; deteımined significantly
differences of weight, resting heanbeat, hand grip, VY %, anaerobic power, maxV02, 50 yard speed,
FVC and FEV i parameters.
