DİŞETİ ÇEKİLMELERİNİN TEDAVİSİNDE MİKROCERRAHİ:
Öz
Gingival recession is the apical shift of gingival margin beyond the cemento-enamel junction. Even though different techniques was described for the treatment of the recessions, the increased success rate of microsurgery in a variety of periodontal surgical interventions brought its utilization forward in root coverage procedures.
The aim of the present article is to show the advantages and disadvantages of microsurgery in root coverage procedures, to evaluate the features and efficiency of the equipment and to demonstrate the effect of microsurgery on root coverage procedures.
