Farklı yüzey işlemleri uygulanmış dentine üniversal bağlayıcı ajanın bağlanma dayanımının

Öz

Aim: The aim of this study was to evaluate shear bond strengths of new universal adhesive within selfetch and etch-and-rinse strategies on Erbium, Chromium doped Yttrium Scandium Gallium Garnet (Er,Cr:YSGG) laser irradiation dentin surface. Materials and Methods: 60 sound, human third molars were selected and the occlusal enamel of these molars was removed. Those teeth were divided into six groups according to the surface conditioning; Group A: Control (Self-etch mode), Group B: 35% phosphoric acid etching (Etch-and-rinse mode), Group C: 1,25W Er,Cr:YSGG laser irradiation, Group D: 1,5W Er,Cr:YSGG laser irradiation, Group E: 2W Er,Cr:YSGG laser irradiation, finally, Group F: 3W Er,Cr:YSGG laser irradiation. After surface conditioning, new universal adhesive (3M Single Bond Universal, 3M ESPE St.Paul, MN, USA - SBU) was applied to all dentin samples surface and resin composite (Z250 3M ESPE St.Paul, MN, USA) built up and shear bond strength test was performed. Data were analyzed using one-way ANOVA and Tukey HSD multiple compression test. p<0.05 was consider statistically significant. Results: Prior to phosphoric acid etching significantly increased the bonding effectiveness of the SBU to dentin. (p<0.05). However, Er,Cr:YSGG laser irradiation was decreased the bond strength values of SBU with all power settings. Conclusion: While using etch-and-rinse mode definitely improved bonding of the new universal adhesive to dentin, Er,Cr:YSGG laser irradiation cannot be considered as an alternative for surface treatment methods.

Farklı yüzey işlemleri uygulanmış dentine üniversal bağlayıcı ajanın bağlanma dayanımının

Öz

Amaç: Bu çalışmanın amacı yeni üniversal bağlayıcı ajanın, self-etch ve etch-and-rinse modlarında kullanımının ve dentin üzerine Erbiyum, kromyum: ytriyum skandiyum galyum garnet (Er,Cr:YSGG) lazer uygulamasının makaslama bağlanma dayanımına etkilerini incelemektir. Gereç ve Yöntem: 60 adet sağlam üçüncü büyük azıdişi seçilmiş ve okluzal mineleri uzaklaştırılmıştır. Dişler yüzey işlemine göre altı gruba ayrılmıştır; Grup A: Kontrol (Self-etch modu), Grup B: %35 fosforik asit ile yüzeyin dağlanması (Etch-and-rinse modu), Grup C: 1,25W Er,Cr:YSGG lazer uygulaması, Grup D: 1,5W Er,Cr:YSGG lazer uygulaması, Grup E: 2W Er,Cr:YSGG lazer uygulaması, son olarak Grup F: 3W Er,Cr:YSGG lazer uygulaması. Yüzey işlemlerinin ardından dentin yüzeylerine üniversal bağlayıcı ajan (3M Single Bond Universal, 3M ESPE St.Paul, MN, ABD - SBU) uygulanmış ve üzerine kompozit (Z250 3M ESPE St.Paul, MN, ABD) yapılmasından sonra makaslama bağlanma dayanımı testi yapılmıştır. Veriler tek yönlü varyans analizi ve Tukey HSD çoklu karşılaştırma testi ile değerlendirilmiştir. p<0.05 istatistiksel anlamlılık seviyesi olarak belirlenmiştir. Bulgular: Fosforik asit uygulanmasının SBU ile dentin arasındaki bağlanma dayanımı önemli derecede arttırdığı bulunmuştur. (p<0.05). Ancak, Er,Cr:YSGG lazer uygulamasının hangi güç seçeneğinde olursa olsun SBU'nun dentine bağlanma dayanımını değerlerini azalttığı belirlenmiştir. Sonuç: Bu yeni universal adezivin etch-and-rinse olarak kullanılmasının dentine bağlanma dayanımını arttırdığı, Er,Cr:YSGG lazerin ise yüzey işlemleri arasında bir alternatif olamayacağı gösterilmiştir.
