DOĞUM AĞRISINI HAFİFLETMEDE KULLANILAN TENSEL UYARILMA YÖNTEMLERİ

Öz

Doğum ağrısını azaltmak için nonfarmakolojik yöntemler tarih boyunca kullanılmıştır.
İntradermal su enjeksiyonu, transkütan elektriksel sinir stimülasyonu, dokunma ve masaj, soğuk ve
sıcak uygulama, hidroterapi gibi nonfarmakolojik yöntemler doğum ağrısının kontrolünde
kullanılmaktadır. Ancak literatürde bu yöntemler üzerinde sınırlı derecede durulmakta ve kadın
doğum ünitelerinde yaygın olarak kullanılmamaktadır. Bunlarla ilgili daha fazla çalışmaya
gereksinim vardır.
