Nursing Care According to Functional Health Patterns in A Patient With Adolescent Idiopathic Scoliosis: A Case Report

Öz

Adolescent idiopathic
scoliosis is a common type of scoliosis and develops as a three dimensional
deformation of the spine and torso during puberty in healthy children.   Nursing care is very important after
scoliosis operation.  In the postoperative
care of the patient; prevention, prevention of possible complications, education
and rehabilitation of the patient and his / her family. Thus, the nurses who
are meant to deliver health care services to these patients need to use nursing
progress and classification systems as gudies in order to assess the patient
integratively and plan the appropriate interventions.

The case was evaluated
within Marjory Gordon's "Functional Health Patterns" model. During
the preparation of nursing progress where the patient's true life and potential
problems were examined, Functional Health Patterns Model was used as base.

ADOLESAN İDİYOPATİK SKOLYOZ TANILI HASTADA FONKSİYONEL SAĞLIK ÖRÜNTÜLERİ MODELİNE GÖRE HEMŞİRELİK BAKIMI: OLGU SUNUMU

Öz

Adolesan idiyopatik skolyoz,
en sık görülen skolyoz tipidir ve sağlıklı çocuklarda puberte döneminde, omurga
ve gövdenin üç boyutlu deformasyonu şeklinde gelişir. Skolyoz operasyonu
sonrasında hemşirelik bakımı çok önemlidir; hasta takibi, mobilizasyonu, olası
komplikasyonların önlenmesi, hasta ve ailesinin eğitimi, rehabilitasyonu gibi
konular önemli yer tutmaktadır. Bu nedenle hastalara bakım veren hemşirelerin,
hastayı bütüncül olarak değerlendirebilmek ve uygun girişimleri planlayabilmek
için hemşirelik süreci ve sınıflama sistemlerini rehber olarak kullanmaları
gerekir.

Olgu,
Marjory Gordon’un  “Fonksiyonel Sağlık
Örüntüleri”  modeli kapsamında
değerlendirilmiş olup model temel alınarak hazırlanan hemşirelik sürecinde
hastanın yaşadığı ve yaşaması olası olan sorunlar incelenmiştir.
