Abstract: Today, a lasting, rapid and dense conjuncture is seen. In
other words, we are living in a competitive world where technologies are been
renewed progressively and fast; the lifecycle of product is getting shorter and
the market condition is differentiated; the research for product, competitors,
clients are conducted continuously. And this is the reason why we have to think
and act globally rather than regionally.
Innovations and problems related with development in organizational
structure and administrative type also affect family business similar to other
businesses. Involving together family and organizations systems create special
problems for family businesses. The problems of family business may be ranked
from the role conflicts, the inequalities between waging and the work capacity
to the conflict in decision process, the competitions among families, the
difficulties experienced in competitions and becoming institutions, etc. The
growth is the rising of business capacity. And this increase is measured by the
structure and function of organization. These qualities are the sources, input and
output of the organization. The growth is the sub-element of organizational
change. Moreover, the organizations are able to alter their image and work
without changing their capacity. Growth and change can occur both
simultaneously and separately.
