Öz

Çalışmada, Türkiye’de çeşitli kurumlara bağlı olarak faaliyet
gösteren 55 eğitim ve uygulama hastanesinin teknik etkilik analizi yapılmıştır.
Fakat bu çalışmanın pek çok benzerinden farklılığı girdi tıkanıklığı ve aylak
girdiler aracılığı ile etkinlik analizini daha geniş bir bakış açısı ile kullanmasıdır.
Sonuç olarak Sağlık Bakanlığı, Devlet Üniversitesi Hastaneleri, Özel/Vakıf
Üniversitelerine Bağlı Hastaneler, Sosyal Sigortalar Kurumu Hastaneleri ve
Özel Hastaneler arasında etkinlik farkları bulunmuş özel hastane tam etkin ve
Sosyal Sigortalar Kurumuna bağlı hastanelerde ise etkinlik yüksek düzeyde
olduğu anlaşılmıştır.
