DUYGUSAL ZEKA TAKIM ÖĞRENMESİ İLİŞKİSİ: YAZILIM GELİŞTİRME TAKIMLARI ÜZERİNDE BİR UYGULAMA

Öz
Bu çalışmada son dönemlerin popüler kavramlarından olan
duygusal zeka, duygusal farkındalık ve duygusal yönetim olmak üzere iki
boyutlu bir değişken olarak ele alınmakta ve duygusal zekanın öncülleri ve
takım öğrenmesi üzerindeki etkileri yazılım geliştirme takımları kapsamında
incelenmektedir. 196 yazılım geliştirme proje takımı üyesi üzerinde Parsiyal En
Küçük Kareler (PLS Partial Least Squares) metodu kullanılarak gerçekleştirilen
araştırmada; a-) proje liderinin gücü, işbirliği ve takım otonomisinin duygusal
farkındalık üzerinde pozitif bir etkisi olduğu ve b-) takım dahilinde işbirliği,
takım otonomisi ve takım üyelerinin deneyiminin duygusal yönetimi pozitif bir
şekilde etkilediği bulunmaktadır. Bununla birlikte, duygusal zekanın bir proje
çıktısı olarak takım öğrenmesi üzerindeki etkileri de incelenmektedir. Sonuçlar,
duygusal zeka boyutlarından duygusal yönetimin takım öğrenmesi üzerinde
direk ve pozitif bir etkiye sahip olduğunu ortaya koymaktadır
