Avrupa’daki Bir uygulama ve Öğretmen Adayları: Öğrencilerin Edindikleri Deneyimleri

The aim of this study is to specify the benefits of a European practice relating to the prospective teachers in the scope of the LLP/ Comenius program. To do so, the program Comenius and the individual mobility called Assistantship are presented in general terms. This is followed by a brief presentation about J. A. Comenius to highlight the goal of the assistantship. A major part of the study covers the experiences of the assistants who are students of the Department of French where the author teaches. These experiences show how assistantship contributes not only to the professional development of prospective teachers but also to the evolution of intercultural relations among European countries.

Bu çalışmanın amacı LLP/Comenius programı çerçevesinde öğretmen adaylarının eğitimini kapsayan, Avrupa’daki bir uygulamanın sonuçlarını göstermektir. Bunu yapmak için yazar öncelikle Comenius asistanlığı olarak adlandırılan bireysel hareketlilik ve grosso modo denilen programı ele almaktadır. Bu şekildeki asistanlığın amacına vurgu yapmak için böyle bir girişimin J.A. Comenius üzerinden açık bir bilgilendirme ile izlendiği belirtilir. Çalışmanın büyük bir bölümü yazarın görev yaptığı Fransız Dili Eğitimi Ana bilim Dalındaki bu kapsamda yurt dışına giden Araştırma Görevlisi akademisyenlerin ve öğrencilerin yaşadıkları deneyimlere ayrılmıştır. Bu deneyim Avrupa Birliği ülkeleri arasında kültürlerarası ilişkilerin gelişmesine olduğu kadar geleceğin öğretmenlerinin mesleki gelişimlerine dönük bu etkinliğin faydalarını da ortaya koymaktadır.
