Öz

Özet
Bu etüt, tarih yazımı ve öğretiminde "ben" ve "öteki" kavramlarına
ayrılmıştır. Ben ve ötekini, tarihçinin belli usuller çerçevesinde ele alması
gerekir. Bu da şüphesiz tarih usulüdür. Bu iki kavramı temsil eden taraflar tarih
boyunca var olmuş ve bundan sonra da var olacaktır. Bunları değiştirmek
mümkün değildir. O halde tarihçi, onları birbirlerine karşı tahrik etmemelidir.
Mevcut bilgi ve belgeleri ilmi usuller dahilinde ortaya koymalıdır. Oysa,
Türkiye 'de bu konu ideolojik olarak ele alınmış ve toplumsal barış
zedelenmiştir. Bımlar da, tarihi kullanan veya tarihçi olanlardır.

Abstract
"I" And "Other One" In The Teaching And Writing Of History
The attitude, has been devided into two concept of "I" and "Other One "
in history teaching and writing. A historian must take "1" and "Other One " in
hand with the help of some certain and definite ways. Of course it is the way of
history or the method history. The two concept of "J" and "Others" have been
vivid and alive next to the history and they will also be vivid and alive in the
future. It is not possible to change them. If so, a historian mustn't provoke one
against the other one. The historian must describe, find out the present
information and documants in scientific techniques and methods. Whereas, this
subject has taken in hand ideologically and damaged the social piece. And also
these are historians or those who use the history.
