Abstract
German Wilhelm II (Kaiser) planned to unleash wrath of Muslims into their enemies allying with Ottoman under the name of jihad in August 1914. Yet, when he understood that he made a false count and a bloody battle with England is inevitable, he made a vow to start a jihad against England which would eliminate its power in east forever: He gave the order: “Our consuls and representatives must revolutionize the whole Islam World against this dishonest and remorseless.”
While giving this order Wilhelm was not alone. The leading politicians and soldiers of Germany were expressing: “If England will become our enemy in a possible battle, a revolt must be prompted against the English in India, the same must but attempted in Egypt. In order to save Persia from Russian penetration, it is necessary to take action with Ottoman Empire at a suitable time, if it is possible. Pan-Islamism must be brought into English colonies, especially India, revolutionizing Caucasia must be necessity, and the most important ones are revolts in India, Egypt and Caucasia.”
As is seen, Germany was making crazy projects during World War I and putting its heart and soul in putting his practice into practice. Therefore, Germany was benefiting from every opportunity, and was planning to revolutionize the Islam World through jihad policy and turn the wrath of Muslims into their enemies including England. Germany chose to benefit from Austrian crew in this sense, who came to Erzurum with Enver Pasha’s wish and organized a ski course for Turkish troops. Indeed, the ski crew consisting of the most distinguished Austrian-Hungarian officers had another him, a secret mission.
