In the Classical Turkish Literature ears of darling like her eyebrow, eye, ear lock and teeth are one of the element of beauty too. Each of these is used separately to describe and praise the unique beauty of her darling. Among these, ears have a different place. This is to attach earrings to the ears as ornaments; to identify the ear with the rose, which is one of the basic symbols of Classical Turkish Poetry and to present many idioms and phrases that are formed around the ear. Therefore, the ear is the foundation of a wide framework of meaning, ranging from the description of the beauty of the darling to communicating with him, warning him and falling in love with him. Even fate, time, with a variety of flowers and instruments have a very common use, indirectly. Like many of the dynamics of the society in which they are in divan poets, they also used oral cultural products widely in their poems. These are also mentioned above about the ear. In this study, we will focus on the meaning of the ear with statements related to the ear and the expressions evaluated as expressions and will make determinations and evaluations on this subject.
