Fötal ve Neonatal Oksijen Taşınımı

Öz

Plasenta membranında anne ile fetus arasındaki oksijeninin difüzyonu, pulmoner membranlardaki oksijen difüzyonuna benzer şekilde gerçekleşmektedir. Yetişkinlerde sağ ve sol atriumlar septum ile birbirinden ayrılmış olmasına rağmen, fötusta atrial septum gelişimi tamamlanmadığı için arteriel ve venöz kan birbirine karışır. Fötal dönemde dokulara oksijen taşınmasında hemoglobinin tipi ve konsantrasyonu ile
Bohr etkisi gibi faktörler önem taşımaktadır. Bu makalede, fötal ve neonatal dönemde oksijen taşınmasında etkili faktörler ile doğum öncesi ve sonrası akciğer ve dolaşım sisteminde görülen değişiklikler derlenmiştir
