Öz

Uyku esnasında meydana gelen rüya olgusunun farklı bir boyutu olduğu düşüncesi çağlar kadar eskidir. Aslında rüya insan ile ortaya çıkan ve devam ede gelen bir olgudur. Mahiyeti tam olarak açıklanamayan rüya, din, felsefe ve tasavvuf, psikoloji vb. gibi birçok ilmi disiplinin ilgi alanına girmiştir. Peygamber Efendimize ilk vahyin sahih rüya şeklinde gelmesi ve bunun altı ay devam etmesi rüyanın ne kadar kayda değer olduğunun ispatıdır. Modern psikoloji, dış ve iç etkenlere dikkat çekerek rüyayı bunlar üzerinden araştırmaya yoğunlaşmıştır. Bu bağlamda İslam âlimlerinin tersine ruhu bu araştırmaların dışında tutmayı tercih etmişlerdir. Bu yüzden özellikle gelecekten haber veren rüyalara karşı daha dikkatli davranmışlardır. Bu tür rüyaları ne tamamen kabul etmişler ne de tamamen reddetmişlerdir. Bu çalışmada din ve psikolojinin rüyayı nasıl değerlendirdiği üzerinde durulacaktır.

The idea that the dream phenomenon that occurs during sleep has a different dimension is as old as ages. In fact, a dream is a phenomenon that occurs with people and continues. Dream, religion, philosophy and mysticism, psychology and so on, the nature of which cannot be fully explained. has entered the field of interest of many scientific disciplines such as The fact that the first revelation came to the Prophet in the form of a sound dream and that it continued for six months is proof of how significant the dream was. Modern psychology, drawing attention to external and internal factors, has focused on researching the dream through these. In this context, contrary to Islamic scholars, they preferred to keep the spirit out of these studies. Therefore, they were more careful about dreams that predicted the future. They neither fully accepted nor completely rejected such dreams. This study will focus on how religion and psychology evaluate dreams.
