Öz
The implementation of the State Program to increase the activity of young people in social and political life, giving preference to young professionals in the management bodies is a successful result of the youth policy defined by national leader Heydar Aliyev. The implementation of important measures in the field of youth work in our country is connected with the name of the great leader. One of the important directions that Heydar Aliyev, who returned to power at the request of the people in 1993, focused on was work with young people. The main goal of the implemented youth policy is the formation of a modern-minded young generation based on national values, attached to the homeland and people, and the use of the potential of this youth for the development of the state.
