Öz
Tarixin bütün dövrlərində mənəvi-hüquqi reallıq həmişə diqqət mərkəzində olub. Mənəvi-hüquqi şüur mənəvi-hüquqi reallığın əksi kimi çıxış edir. Qeyd olunur ki, ictimai şüurun bir forması olan əxlaqi-hüquqi şüur əxlaqi mədəniyyətin tərkib hissəsi kimi böyük əhəmiyyət kəsb edir. Məqalədə əxlaqi reallıq və əxlaqi şüur, onun insanın azadlığında, müstəqilliyində, sosial və mənəvi məsuliyyətində hansı rol oynadığı təhlil edilir. Müəllif qanunda hüquqi reallığı və hüquqi şüuru, azadlığı, bərabərliyi, ədaləti üzə çıxarır. Məqalədə ümumbəşəri dəyərlər formasında hüquqi reallıq və hüquqi şüur tərəfindən cəmiyyətin idarə olunmasında hüquqi tərbiyənin əsas prinsipləri açıqlanır. Müəllif hüquqi məsuliyyəti və onun mənəvi mədəniyyət sistemindəki rolunu ətraflı açır. Məqalədə belə bir nəticəyə gəlinir ki, mənəvi-hüquqi reallıq mədəniyyət sisteminin tərkib hissəsi və cəmiyyətin idarə olunmasında mənəvi amillərdən biridir.

Öz
Moral and legal reality has always been the centre of attention in every period of history. Moral-legal consciousness acts as a reflection of moral-legal reality. It is stated that moral-legal consciousness, as a form of social consciousness, is of great importance as a component of moral culture. The article analyses moral reality and moral consciousness, the role it plays in human freedom, independence, social and moral responsibility. The author reveals legal reality and legal consciousness, freedom, equality, justice in law. The article sets out the basic principles of legal education in the management of society with legal reality and legal consciousness in the form of universal values. The author explains in detail legal responsibility and its role in the system of moral culture. The article concludes that moral-legal reality is an integral part of the cultural system and one of the moral factors in the management of society.
