Öz
The article analyses the modernisation of Azerbaijani society in the context of moral and political values and explains the content of the concept of value. In this context, the essence and social meaning of the most important political values such as freedom, equality and justice are clarified. In this sense, the importance of moral and political values reflected in the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan and other legal documents is examined, the role and influence of these values in the successful modernisation of society is explained.

Öz
Məqalədə Azərbaycan cəmiyyətinin modernləşməsi mənəvi-siyasi dəyərlər kontekstində araşdırılır, dəyər anlayışının məzmunu açıqlanır. Bununla bağlı ən əhəmiyyətli siyasi dəyərlər olan azadlıq, bərabərlik, ədalət kimi mənəvi dəyərlərin mahiyyəti, sosial mənası aydınlaşdırılır. Bu mənada Azərbacan Respublikasının Konstitusiyasında və digər qanunvericilik sənədlərində əksini tapan mənəvi-siyasi dəyərlərin əhəmiyyəti təhlil edilir, bu dəyərlərin cəmiyyətin uğurlu modernləşməsində rolu və təsiri açıqlanır.
