Modern Trends of Scientific Research in Information and Document Management in Azerbaijan (Based on International Elmmetric Bases)

Abstract

As we know, in the modern era, an important role in the production and presentation of works with basic content in various fields of science to the world arena falls to internationally indexed journals that are recognised and published in the world countries. It is included in international databases. Creating articles in the field of information and document management and publishing them in such journals is of great importance in terms of promoting the expertise worldwide and being researched by foreign researchers. Bibliometric analysis of document flow in the field of library-bibliography, their systematic comparison, the emergence of problems that may arise in the future in this field and the indication of their optimal solutions are being investigated by research scientist, associate professor Nadir Ismayilov. The study of scientific works of the international level in the field of library and bibliography, analysed in the article, becomes the subject of scientific research in the following areas: compilation of the list of current thematic problems related to this area; identification of authors and collective authors directly related to the development of librarianship; assessment of the pace of development of document flow in the scientific direction of librarianship; determination of the level of development of individual scientific activity of individual scientists, scientific organisations and enterprises engaged in the development of a specific document management problem; assessment of the role of specific specialists, research groups and organisations in solving a scientific problem; forecasting the development trends of the studied region. In this context, the writing of the article is taken as the main criterion and is of particular importance due to its relevance.

Azərbaycanda İnformasiya və Sənəd Menecmenti İstiqaməti Üzrə Elmi Tədqiqatların Müasir Meyilləri (Beynəlxalq Elmmetrik Bazalar Əsasında)

Öz

Bildiyimiz kimi müasir dövrdə müxtəlif elm sahələrinə dair fundamental məzmuna malik əsərlərin yazılaraq dünya arenasına çıxmasında mühüm rolu dünya ölkələrində tanınan və beynəlxalq bazalara daxil olan beynəlxalq səviyyəli indeksləşdirilmiş jurnallar təşkil edir. İnformasiya və sənəd menecmenti sahəsinə dair məqalələrin ərsəyə gətirilirək bu kimi jurnallarda dərc edilməsi ixtisasın dünya səviyyəsində tanıdılmasında və xarici tədqiqatçılar tərəfindən araşdırılmasında mühüm əhəmiyyət kəsb edir. Kitabxana-biblioqrafiya sahəsində sənəd axınının bibliometrik təhlili, onların sistemli şəkildə müqayisə edilməsi, gələcəkdə bu sahə üzrə mövcud olan problemlərin ortaya qoyulması və onların optimal həll yollarının göstərilməsi tədqiqatçı alim, dosent Nadir İsmayılov tərəfindən araşdırılmaqdadır. Məqalədə tədqiq olunan kitabxana və biblioqrafiya sahəsində beynəlxalq səviyyəli elmi əsərlərin öyrənilməsi aşağıdakı sahələrdə elmi tədqiqatın obyektinə çevrilir:bu sahəyə aid aktual tematik problemlərin siyahısının tərtib edilməsi; kitabxanaşünaslığın inkişafı ilə birbaşa əlaqəli olan müəlliflərin və kollektiv müəlliflərin müəyyənləşdirilməsi; kitabxanaşünaslıq elmi istiqamətində sənəd axının inkişaf sürətinin qiymətləndirilməsi; sənəd menecmenti üzrə müəyyən bir problemin inkişafı ilə məşğul olan ayrı-ayrı alimlərin, elmi təşkilatların və müəssisələrin fərdi elmi fəaliyyətinin inkişaf səviyyəsinin müəyyənləşdirilməsi; konkret mütəxəssislərin, tədqiqat qruplarının və təşkilatların elmi problemin həllində rolunun qiymətləndirilməsi; tədqiq olunan sahənin inkişaf tendensiyalarının proqnozlaşdırılması söylenebilir. Elə bu konteksdə də məqalənin yazılması əsas meyar olaraq götürülmüş və özünün aktuallığı ilə xüsusi əhəmiyyət kəsb edir.
