Öz

Library activities started to take shape in ancient times and tried to respond to the needs of the age by assuming new functions over time. As the 21st century is the information age, new views on libraries have emerged and the problem of professional competences of library and information specialists has come to the agenda again. In this article, the professional skills of highly educated specialists working in library and information activities are examined within the framework of contemporary requirements. By approaching the subject from a scientific, theoretical and practical point of view, we try to create an informative model of a qualified information and document manager. The process of training specialists in higher education institutions, the selection of professional disciplines and the practical orientation of education are described. Professional skills of the specialist, as well as pedagogical and psychological characteristics are identified, habits of using modern technological tools are analysed.

Kitabxançı Peşəsində Peşə Başarıqları İnformasiya Əsrinin Tələblər Səviyyəsində

Öz

Kitabxana fəaliyyəti qədim zamanlardan formalaşmaga başlamış və zaman keçdikcə yeni funksiyaları üzərinə götürərək düvrün tələblərinə cavab verməyə çalışnışdı. XXI əsrin informasiya əsri olması baxımından kitabxanalara da yeni baxışlar meydana gəldi və kitabxana-informasiya mütəxəssisinin peşə bacarıqları problemi yenidən aktual olmaga başladı. Hazırkı məqalədə kitabxana-informasiya fəaliyyəti ilə məşgul olan yüksək təhsilli mütəxəssislərin peşə bacarıqları müasir dövrün tələbləri çərçivəsində öyrənilir. Məsələyə elmi, nəzəti və təcrübi prizmadan yanaşaraq yüksək ixtisaslı informasiya-sənəd menecerinin informativ modelini yaratmaga çalışırıq. Ali təhsil müəssisələrində mütəxəssislərin hazırlanması prosesi, peşə fənlərinin seçilməsi və təhsilin proktik yonümlüyü ifadə olunur. Mütəxəssisin peşə bacarıqları ilə yanaşı onun pedoqojı, psixolojı xüsusiyyətləri müəyyənləşdirilir, müasir texnologiya vasitələrindən istifadə vərdişləri təhlil olunur.
