Öz

Azərbaycanda kitabxana-informasiya fəaliyyətinin elmi əsaslarla öyrənilməsi və tədrisi XX əsrin əvvəllərindən başlanır və 1947-ci ildə Bakı Dövlət Universitetində ali təhsilli mütəxəssislərin hazırlanması ilə daha da genişlənir. Ənənəvi kitabxana-informasiya fəaliyyətinə yeni və proqressiv metodların tətbiqi işi Azərbaycanda XX əsrin 60-cı illərinin ortalarından başlanır və Sovet kitabxanaşünaslıq çərçivəsində çox da böyük uğur qazanmır. Müstəqilliyin bərpa olunması ilə Azərbaycanda bir çox sahələrdə yeniliklərin tətbiqi müşahidə olunur, eləcə də kitabxana-informasiya xidmətinin təşkilində paradiqmalar dəyişdirilir.İnformasiya təminatı sahəsində dünya təcrübəsinin öyrənilməsi, təcrübənin qiymətləndirilməsi və tətbiqi sahələrində yeni metodikalar hazırlanır. İnformasiya mühəndisliyi konsepsiyasının hazırlanması və kitabxana-informasiya fəaliyyətində onun tətbiqi məsələləri də Azərbaycan alimlərinin elmi əsərlərində öz əksini tapır. Məqalədə respublikanın kitabxana-informasiya fəaliyyətində elmi, nəzəri və təcrübi problemlərin öyrənilməsi istiqamətində informasiya mühəndisliyi konsepsiyasının əhəmiyyəti və perespektivləri öyrənilir. Tədqiqatçı və kitabxanaşünas alimlərin bu istiqamətdə məqalələri, dərslik və monoqrafiyaları təhlil edilir. Tədqiqatçıların irəli sürdüyü yeni konsepsiya, bu istiqamətdə yazılmış məqalələr, konfrans çıxışları və elmi monoqrafiyalar təhlil olunaraq informasiya-sənəd menecmenti fəaliyyəti sahəsində mütəxəssislərin kadr hazırlığı sahəsində əhəmiyyətli rolu qeyd edir.

Application of New Technologies and Information Engineering in Library Information Activities in Azerbaijan

Öz

The scientific study and teaching of library and information activities in Azerbaijan began in the early 20th century and was further expanded in 1947 with the training of highly trained specialists at Baku State University. The application of new and progressive methods to traditional library and information activities began in Azerbaijan in the mid-1960s and did not achieve much success within the framework of Soviet librarianship. With the restoration of independence in Azerbaijan, innovations are being made in many areas and paradigms are changing in the organisation of library and information services. New methodologies are being developed in the field of studying world experience in the field of information provision, evaluation and application of experience. The development of the concept of information engineering and its application in library and information activities is reflected in the scientific work of Azerbaijani scientists. The article examines the importance and perspectives of the concept of information engineering in the study of scientific, theoretical and practical problems in the library and information activities of the republic. Articles, textbooks and monographs of researchers and librarians working in this field are analysed. By analysing the new concept introduced by researchers, articles, conference speeches, scientific monographs written in this direction, the important role of specialists in the field of information and document management activities in personnel training is pointed out.
