Modern Development Characteristics of the Food Industry in the Republic of Azerbaijan

Food products play an important role in people's daily lives and are also an important part of social and economic development. The article analyses the modern development status of the food sector in the country. The share of the processing industry in the sectoral structure of the country's industrial production and the position of food product production in this indicator are highlighted. The production dynamics of individual groups of food products are analysed. Accordingly, the production, import, and export indicators of plant and animal products are also analysed. An evaluation of the agricultural food chain in the food sector has been conducted, and directions have been identified to encourage investments in the food sector.

Azərbaycan Respublikasinda Qida Sənayesinin Müasir İnkişaf Xüsusiyyətləri

Öz

Qida məhsulları insanların gündəlik həyatında əsas rol oynayır, həm də sosial və iqtisadi inkişafın mühüm bir parçasıdır.Məqalədə ölkədə qida sektorunun müasir inkişaf vəziyyəti təhlil edilir. Ölkənin sənaye istehsalının sahə strukturunda emal sənayesinin payı və bu göstəricidə qida məhsullarının istehsalının yeri qeyd olunur. Qida məhsullarının ayrı-ayrı qrupları istehsal dinamikası təhlil edilir. Uyğun olaraq bitkiçilik və heyvandarlıq məhsullarının istehsal, idxal və ixrac göstəricilərinin də təhlillləri aparılmışdır. Qida sektorunda aqro-ərzaq zəncirinin qiymətləndirmələri aparılmış, qida sənayesinə investisiyaların stimullaşdırılması istiqamətləri müəyyən edilmişdir.
