Bu çalışma, modern dünyanın en kritik sorunlarından biri hâline gelen bilgi savaşını siyaset bilimi perspektifinden ele almaktadır. Günümüzde bilgi savaşı, devletlerin dış politika stratejilerinin ve ulusal güvenlik yaklaşımlarının temel bileşenlerinden biri olarak öne çıkmaktadır. Makalede bilgi savaşı kavramı; bilgi çatışması, bilgi saldırganlığı ve bu olguların yapısal bileşenleriyle birlikte incelenmektedir. Ayrıca bilgi savaşlarının araç, yöntem ve etki mekanizmaları analiz edilerek, uluslararası sistemde jeopolitik üstünlük elde etmede oynadığı belirleyici rol ortaya konulmaktadır. Bilgi savaşının günümüzde ulaştığı kapsam ve derinlik, bu olgunun hem teorik hem de uygulamalı düzeyde disiplinlerarası bir inceleme gerektirdiğini göstermektedir.

Öz
This study examines information warfare, which has become one of the most critical issues of the modern world, from the perspective of political science. Today, information warfare constitutes a fundamental component of states’ foreign policy strategies and national security approaches. The article analyzes the concept of information warfare together with its related notions—information conflict, information aggression, and their structural components. It further examines the tools, methods, and mechanisms of information warfare, emphasizing its decisive role in achieving geopolitical superiority within the international system. The current scope and depth of information warfare demonstrate that this phenomenon requires an interdisciplinary examination at both theoretical and practical levels.
