The main aim of this article is to study the organization of career-oriented activities in vocational education institutions. The article examines the organization of career-oriented activities in vocational education institutions within the context of rapidly changing labor market demands. Vocational education plays an important role in preparing students for employment by developing both technical competencies and transferable skills necessary for professional adaptation. The study explores the concept, structure, and major components of career-oriented activities, including career guidance, internships, employer cooperation, and skills development programs. It also analyzes existing challenges such as limited collaboration with industry, insufficient practical training opportunities, and the lack of systematic career support services within vocational education institutions. The findings demonstrate the importance of integrating structured career guidance systems into institutional management and educational processes. The article concludes by proposing strategic recommendations aimed at improving the effectiveness of career-oriented activities and strengthening students’ employability, professional adaptability, and long-term career development within a competitive labor market environment.
