Abstract
In this study concept of genes with motion was studied with the genes motion put
forward by us in order to provide a different comment to the occurrence cases of the events
and phenomenons ; with this concept the continuation of historical events were investigated
. In addition, the existence of micro-codes were thought in the historical events and these
micro-codes were expressed with different examples almost a principal point at the occurrence
of the events. In historical event , while citing to the (micro-codes) told to have a latent
move over time and expect a favorable environment and to create the environment and the
current event when they created the media.
However; it was claimed that historical events were heterogeneous and multi-faced
events and became by means of (micro- codes) activated with the influence of many conditions
like sociological, psychological, geographical in the context of far and near causalities.
In history it was explained that the spreading effects of events were spreading with the centrifugal
effects and frequency of reasons in historical events even to be universal but not universal
in content .At this point Braudel disregards ' events we importance of attributing ,
events and cases in the current structure character trait that dominance they have create.Therefore
Braudel makes it important that the concept of structure, the ' Event of the trivialisation
that Braudel's a dilemma that we conclude .
Braudel criticizes the events for being simplistic; but the temporality of the Coexistence
of the ( l ' historia globale ) universal date under the handle joining , we have put forth '
micro - code of the society on the basis of sometimes latent progression , again Braudel's
Stagnate Time ( la longue duree ) named the stage we are discussing . Again Micro- Code and
Genetic motion on the relationship between the idea of motion and Contingence are problematic

TARİHÎ OLAYLARDA GENSEL DEVİNİM VE SÜREKLİLİK ÜZERİNE ANALİTİK BİR İNCELEME VE OLAY-OLGU BAĞLAMI
Öz
Bu çalışmada, tarihi olayların ve olguların oluşum biçimlerine farklı bir yorum getirmek amacıyla tarafımızdan ortaya konulan Gensel Devinim kavramı ele alınmış olup; bu kavramla, tarih olayların nasıl bir süreklilik içerisinde oluştuğu, incelenmiştir. Ayrıca tarih olaylarda Mikro-Kodlar olduğu düşünülmüş ve bu Mikro-Kodların, Olayların oluşumunda adeta bir başat noktası oluşturduğu çeşitli örneklerle ifade edilmiştir. Tarihi Olaylarda Mikro-Kodlara örnekler verilirken, bunların zaman içinde bazen gizil hareket edip uygun ortamı bekledikleri ve ortam oluşunca mevcut olayı oluşturdukları söylenmiştir. Bununla birlikte tarihte olayın, heterojen ve çok yönlü bir oluşum olduğu iddia edilmiş ve Olayın uzak ve yakın nedensellikler bağlamında bir dizi sosyolojik, psikolojik, coğrafik, gibi birçok koşulun tesiriyle harekete geçen Mikro-Kodlarla meydana gelip yine bu kodların topluma, geleneğe, coğrafya’ya tutunarak farklı yapılara taşındığı açıklanmıştır.İşte bu durumun bizi, tarihte süreklilik kavramına götürdüğü belirtilmiştir. Ve tarihte olayların yayılım etkisinin toplumlar bazında merkezkaç etkiyle yayıldığı ayrıca Tarihi olaylarda sebepler sıkılığının kalıp olarak evrensel olsa bile içerik olarak evrensel olmadığı açıklanmıştır. Bu noktada Braudel’in önemsemediği ‘Olay’a biz önem atfedip, Olaylar ve Olguların mevcut yapılara karakter özelliği veren dominantlığı oluşturduğu belirtilmiştir. Bu nedenle Braudel’in önemli kıldığı yapı kavramında,‘Olay’ın önemsizleştirilmesi konusunun Braudel’in bir açmazı olduğu sonucuna varmaktayız. Braudel’i, Olayları basite indirgediği için eleştiriyor; ama Zamansallıkların Biraradalığını (l’ historie globale) evrensel tarih kapsamında ele almasına da katılarak, ortaya koyduğumuz Mikro-Kodların toplumlar bazında bazen gizil ilerlemesini ise yine Braudel’in Kımıltısız Zaman(la longue duree) adını verdiği evrede tartışıyoruz. Yine Mikro-Kod ve Gensel devinim sorunsalının Zorunsuzluk (Contingance) fikriyle ilişkisine değiniyoruz.
